Official Bernalillo County criminal records come from the government office that created or maintains them. Court files, police reports, booking data, state rap sheets, and registry entries have different custodians. The contacts below route each request to the relevant public office. This private reference site cannot receive, issue, change, or certify a government record.

This Is Not a Government Office. This private site cannot run an official check, retrieve a record, correct an entry, accept a records request, or file an expungement petition.
